BENEFITS OF PRACTICE
The only way to experience the benefits of tai chi chuan is through practice - we develop physical balance, coordination and strength; clarity and calm; reducing stress and promoting confidence. It has been proven to lower blood pressure, contribute to falls prevention, flexibility of joints, and has cardio-vascular benefits. In time, tai chi chuan practice can be a vehicle for self-discovery.
