About the Class
We will introduce and explore the Huang Sheng-shyan Taijiquan System as taught by Wee Kee Jin including the foundational 5 Loosening Exercises, the 37-Step Yang Short Form and Partner Work (push hands/tuishou). Please wear loose fitting clothing. Tai chi can be practised in bare feet, in socks or flat-soled soft shoes.
